Header Pipe

• Constructed from high-grade titanium with a carbon-fiber heatshield

• Tubes with a bigger diameter than the standard stock system and removal of the catalytic converter allow for enhanced gas flow
• Pre-muffler offers a unique sound experience, producing a deep racing tone from the boxer engine
• Upgrade results in a 54.84% (3.4 kg) weight reduction compared to standard stock
• When combined with the Slip-On Line (Titanium), it boosts power by 3.1 kW (4.2 hp) at 7,800 rpm and torque by 5.9 Nm at 3,000 rpm, as tested on the Akrapovic dyno against a BMW R 1300 GS equipped with a standard stock system
• Installation is plug-and-play, but remapping is mandatory

When installing the Optional Header on Euro5+ motorbikes (2 lambda sensors), the engine check light will appear after identifying a deviation in the stock catalytic converter´s parameters.
