Customers who join our Priority Club benefit from an extended 2-year warranty on Alchemy Parts branded goods only. Please note, this extended warranty does not apply to third-party or other branded products.

What’s Covered
Our warranty includes:
- Manufacturing defects

If a fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, fading, etc.)

- Modifications or alterations to the product
- Improper maintenance or neglect
Making a Warranty Claim
