We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the information below.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Alchemy Priority Club members have up to 90 days to return items
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • All original parts, accessories, manuals, and tags must be included

How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Please notify us within 30 days of delivery

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 2–7 working days after we receive and inspect your return
  • All refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow up to 5 additional working days for funds to clear

Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return costs

Helmet Returns Policy

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, helmet returns must meet strict conditions.

We will only accept helmet returns where:

  • The return is requested within 30 days of delivery
  • The helmet is unused and unworn, except for trying on indoors
  • All tags, packaging, helmet bag, and accessories are included
  • The item is in fully resaleable condition

Helmets cannot be returned if:

  • They have been used on the road (unless faulty)
  • The Pinlock insert has been installed
  • Internal padding has been removed
  • Protective films or visor coverings have been removed
  • Any components are missing or damaged

Items not meeting these conditions will be refused and returned.


Inspection & Responsibility

  • All returned items are inspected upon arrival
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back at your cost
  • Items remain your responsibility until they are safely received by us
