Description

7.7" Shallow Headlight Housing

This unpainted headlight housing is ideal for motorbike builders and custom project bike enthusiasts.

It's ready to paint (if you decide to) and everything is supplied by us, apart from the headlight insert.

Any 7" headlight or sealed beam headlight insert should fit, just bear in mind that a semi-sealed headlight insert with replaceable bulbs will not fit, as the housing is too short. You then use the retaining springs we supply with the kit to secure in it place.

It's subsequently suited to scramblers, flat trackers, bobbers, brat bikes, project bikes, cafe racers and so on...

Specification:

  • Metal housing and bezel
  • Unpainted
  • Side mounted
  • Stainless steel mounting bolts, fixing screws and washers
  • 7 x retaining springs
  • Accepts nearly all 7" headlight inserts, including sealed beam inserts, but not semi-sealed
  • For measurements, please refer to our advert photos

N.B. Please measure well before ordering. N.B. Please measure well before ordering. ALSO, USE SUITABLE EYE PROTECTION WHEN FITTING THE HEADLIGHT'S RETAINING CLIPS
