From the Bikeshed… May 2018

Here’s a mere snippet of what we saw at last weekend’s Bikeshed Show at Tobacco Docks….

Retro was really a heavy theme this year, with a lot of classic-looking bikes on display, yet beautifully-made and to a very high standard. The level goes up year on year and some of the bikes on display this year were outstanding. Funnily enough, sports bikes had an unusually large presence this year, and of course there was a healthy diet of scramblers and café racers. It was also good to see such strong representation from Indian, Royal Enfield and Triumph. You can see that those guys are really serious about their market share.

What’s more, it was great to see so many of our products fitted to bikes on display. Here are some examples below…

On another note, our 5117 indicators, which have been out of stock for a while, are due in again soon. The supplier had some quality control issues with the last batch that they received, but I’m told that this is nearly resolved. We’ll get them back online as soon as poss.
