About the Maxia 5 V58 58L Monokey Top Box
The Maxia 5 MONOKEY® top case with a 58 litre capacity stands out for its automotive-derived design, with clean lines and advanced aerodynamics. A structural update of the case gives an optimised weight of 5.4kg and greater robustness. This version has a black cover and smoked reflectors.
Particularly suited to those who love motorcycle touring, alone or with a passenger, the Maxia 5 top case can hold two large-sized modular helmets. Comb hinges with stops replace the retention cables to make opening and closing easier, and slight pressure on the lid gives a soft, controlled close. Greater adherence between the two shells gives better protection against theft.
The new Maxia 5 lock adds a 60° key position: turn the key to this position and you can remove it and still open the lid, giving quick access to the contents on short stops - while the case stays locked to the plate.
For its cases, GIVI guarantees a degree of water resistance equivalent to heavy rain: cases are tested with a special machine that simulates rain with a flow rate of 20 ltr/min.
